JUST FOR THE FUN OF WESTIES!
This site was designed to educate people about Westies. Now we are going to give you 'hands-on' lessons. We are going to share with you the ANGELIC and NAUGHTY side of the breed. Just when you think that you have heard and seen it all, these 'Little White Dogs' do something else to surprise you. That 'something else' is sometimes good and sometimes not so good. We hope that you enjoy a look at the real world of the Westie.
Be sure to come back often to see what else our dogs have accomplished. Whether it is good or bad, it is the nature of the LWD. These are our stories:

Leave it to Timmy, a Westie, and his owner Jim to get their picture taken with the much treasured Stanley Cup. If you live in Michigan you know all about the coveted cup.
Red Wings......thanks for a great season, let's keep it the cup in Michigan.

Circle of Love
Molly, Glennie and Jake play together and rest together. Westies are such loving little characters. What could be a better symbol of Westie love than this? If you would like to have a product with this symbol on it, please go to Cafe Press. Proceeds will benefit Westie Rescue.

Paddy was rescued through the Michigan Club's Rescue program many years ago. Her mom is an active member of the Club, mainly interested in Rescue and Education. Paddy died in 2003. The Terrier Club holds monthly contests. There is a long waiting period for photos to show up in the contest and Paddy's came up after her death. She won the March contest posthumously. All of the monthly winners are then in the year-end contest. Even though she didn't win the year end contest she won our hearts!

This is Mozart. He is 4 years old and lives with his sister Annie. He is usually such a good little boy. As you can see, he is sitting so nicely. What you can't see is the box of Kleenex that he destroyed. I would never have known who did it but, as you can see, he did have a tell-tale piece stuck to his beard. Lesson to be learned: Don't leave boxes of Kleenex within reach of a Westie.
